Who Are We Looking For?

• Graduated from Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, or related departments of universities,

• Advanced proficiency in graphic design programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign,

• Strong visual aesthetics, attention to detail, and ability to produce creative solutions,

• Experienced in designing printed materials such as brochures, catalogs, and posters,

• Familiar with photography shoot organization and quality control processes,

• Experienced in designing panels and photoblocks for fairs, showrooms, and other physical spaces,

• Worked on packaging design and layouts,

• Experienced in managing visual asset libraries,

• Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication skills,

• A team player with a solution-oriented approach.

What Do We Expect from Our Teammate?

• Carrying out graphic design activities with a quality-enhancing and innovative approach within VitrA Karo,

• Producing various graphic design projects in line with customer requests and project requirements,

• Assisting VitrA Karo designers with layout patterns, color, and pattern selection, and preparing their presentations,

• Working on brochure and catalog layouts and enhancing the design and image quality of certain brochures,

• Organizing photo shoots and overseeing the quality of the shoots,

• Creating photoblock designs for fairs and showrooms,

• Designing didactic panels, hand tile installation templates, and managing the visual bank,

• Designing tile packaging, fair panels, and creating tile installation layouts for panels to be sent to customer showrooms, varying them according to stand types,

• Participating in the design and development stages of panels and graphics on the walls of the factory and offices.
