Are you passionate about turning data into game-changing insights? As a Product Data Analyst, you’ll play a key role in shaping our product strategy, enhancing user experiences, and driving business growth. You'll dive deep into analytics, directly influence decision-making, and work alongside dynamic teams to bring data-driven ideas to life.

What You’ll Do:

• Track & Analyze Product Performance: Monitor key metrics like user engagement, feature usage, and overall product success—spot trends and uncover opportunities for growth.
• Optimize Product Decisions: Design and run A/B tests and experiments, providing data-backed recommendations that shape our product roadmap. Analyze user behavior in real-time to ensure new features are refined and improved with quick feedback loops.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other business teams to translate analytics into actionable strategies.
• Generate & Present Insights: Create reports, dashboards, and presentations that influence stakeholders and drive product success.

What You Bring:

• Experience: 2-3 years of work experience in product analytics or a similar role.
• Analytical and Technical Expertise: Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis, experience with product analytics tools (Google Analytics preferred), and a solid understanding of A/B testing. Experience with AWS (required) or similar data warehousing platforms and a good grasp of data transformation processes.
• Data Visualization Skills: Proficiency in dashboarding tools like Tableau (preferred) to turn complex data into compelling visual stories.
• Strong Communication & Collaboration: Ability to break down complex data insights into clear, actionable takeaways for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, etc.). A Master’s degree is a plus!
