About the role:

As a System Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping and maintaining the internal documentation that supports our innovative fintech products. You will be responsible for analyzing existing product data and creating comprehensive product maps, ensuring that all technical specifications and requirements are clearly documented and easily accessible to our internal teams. Your work will involve close collaboration with development and product management teams to gather and document detailed requirements, processes, and procedures.

Position: System Analyst

Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Mapping:

• Analyze existing product data and information to create comprehensive product maps.
• Conduct market research to provide insights that inform product development and strategy.
  
  

Documentation Development:

• Develop and maintain detailed internal technical documentation and product descriptions.
• Ensure documentation is up-to-date, reflecting the latest product developments and enhancements.
  
  

Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate closely with development and product management teams to gather and document requirements.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical information into understandable terms.
  
  

Quality Assurance and Support:

• Support and improve documentation processes within the company.
  
  

Requirements:

Experience and Skills:

• At least 2 years of proven experience in creating and maintaining detailed technical documentation and product descriptions.
• Experience working with fintech products.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address and resolve documentation-related challenges.
  
  

Technical and Language Proficiency:

• Good English skills sufficient for writing documentation.
• Fluency in spoken and written Russian is required.
• Proficiency in using documentation tools such as Confluence, JIRA, or similar platforms.
  
  

Educational Background:

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  
  

Project Management:

• Ability to manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
