Operations Reconciliation Analyst

M2 is a leading crypto investment firm dedicated to providing innovative investment solutions in the digital asset space. We provide a diverse product offering including OTC, lending, futures in addition to managing proprietary investments.

Key areas of responsibility:

Manage the team treasury operations including, but not limited to post trade settlement of Market makers/external exchanges, funding, buying, selling, staking, withdrawing funds (fiat or crypto), reconciliations, internal and external reporting.

• Monitor and analyze daily workflows, liquidity, and financial risk management.
• Ensure adequate holdings of fiat and crypto funds and overall effective treasury management.
• Work and collaborate closely with various stakeholders on the department-wide process improvement efforts.
• Ensure that our Operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) align with customer’s expectations and industry standards of quality and timeliness.
• Create and improve internal operational processes that allow us to meet our KPIs, Service Level Goals (SLGs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Ensure that key process controls are in place and regularly reviewed within the department.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Must have experience within the Crypto, Blockchain, Web3 spaces.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Experience in reconciliations, trading operations, Back Office, Middle office, and post-trade settlement
• Understanding and interest in trade lifecycle management
• A familiarity with banking regulations, payment processing, compliance, and/or institutional operations
• Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
• Ability to gather, organize and use data for all decisions
• Excellent Excel skills
