Role Overview

The Events Manager is tasked with crafting, organizing, and executing impactful events that reinforce the companys mission and vision across all locations

This onsite role demands a strategic mindset, marketing acumen, and project management expertise to ensure events are successful, goal-oriented, and economically viable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, produce, and execute a minimum of four major events annually, aligning with the companys mission.
• Draft comprehensive event proposals, encompassing timelines, venue selections, supplier negotiations, and budgeting considerations.
• Coordinate supplier and logistic services, ensuring all event facets align with legal, insurance, health, and safety standards.
• Oversee the efficient dismantling and clearance of venues post-events.
• Foster strong supplier/client relationships to enhance event execution.
• Ensure seamless operational and administrative processes for effective project delivery.
• Conduct site inspections and operations planning across various locations.
• Coordinate closely with internal departments, ensuring timely briefings for events.
• Provide clear directives to the creative team to meet event needs.
  
  

Requirements for the Role

• 5-6 years of proven experience in Event Management or a related field.
• Bachelors degree in Events Management, Planning, Hospitality, or an equivalent discipline.
• Proficiency in blockchain and crypto knowledge is advantageous.
• Demonstrated passion for intricate planning and multitasking.
