Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst with experience in professional services or SAAS companies to join our global sales operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data analysis tools such as DAX, Power BI, and Salesforce CRM administration experience. This role will be pivotal in driving data-driven decision-making and optimizing sales operations across our global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate expert knowledge of data analysis and the tools, techniques, and technologies of data analytics utilized in both technical and business contexts.
• Critically appreciate data integrity.
• Utilize DAX for advanced data analysis and modeling.
• Integrate and analyze data from multiple data sources to provide comprehensive insights.
• Develop and maintain data models using Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics.
• Administer and manage Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and optimizing its use for sales operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and develop solutions to improve sales processes.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Support the Global Sales Operations Director in strategic planning and decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of work experience as a Data Analyst in a professional service or SAAS company.
• Proficiency in DAX and Excel for data analysis.
• Strong experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Salesforce administration experience is highly important, including managing data integrity and optimizing Salesforce for sales operations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
