I am hiring for a Head of Revenue who is data-driven, proactive and a strategic thinker to joi a fast growing start up in the automotive industry transforming how used car dealerships operate.


The Head of Revenue will lead and scale sales, customer success, and marketing functionsโ€”driving rapid revenue growth.


The company provides SaaS solutions, market analytics, operational tools, and inventory financing to help used car dealerships optimize their inventory and grow their business. Their focus on digital transformation, sales enablement, and financing solutions positions them at the intersection of automotive, software, and financial services.leadership team brings extensive experience in building and scaling successful automotive platforms, with a proven track record of driving industry innovation. Currently, having a strong presence in the UAE, partnering with leading dealerships.

What Youโ€™ll Do:

๐Ÿ”น Sales & Revenue Growth โ€“ Lead sales strategies, manage the team, and optimize conversion rates.

๐Ÿ”น Customer Success & Expansion โ€“ Minimize churn, drive upsells, and enhance onboarding.

๐Ÿ”น Marketing & Demand Gen โ€“ Oversee campaigns, content, and sales enablement materials.

๐Ÿ”น Market Expansion โ€“ Execute go-to-market strategies, lead initial sales efforts, and recruit local teams.


What Weโ€™re Looking For:

โœ… 5+ years in Sales, Revenue Management, or Business Development (SaaS, B2B, FinTech preferred).

โœ… Proven experience in scaling sales and market expansion.

โœ… Expertise in Customer Success, growth marketing, and lead generation.
