Data Analytics Project Manager

Requirement:

• Location: Dubai WFO
• Notice: Immediate/Serving notice (10 days)
• Skill: IT Project Manager + Data Analytics
• Experience Range: 14+ years

Job Description:

• Minimum 8 years' experience as an IT Project Manager preferably with exposure in a Banking/Financial institution.
• An overall experience of more than 14 years.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance/ Banking Industry - Preferable.
• Demonstrated experience managing technology and business projects.
• Experience in delivering Waterfall and Hybrid Methodology projects.
• Certified Project Management (PMP/Prince 2)
• Excellent understanding of Project Management, planning, monitoring project planning, monitoring & reporting within a large multi-faceted organization and a proven track record of delivery
• Knowledge of different approaches to deliver project, including agile and waterfall
• High level of attention to detail, organized, structure way of thinking and delivery
• Strong interpersonal, people management and facilitation skills with an ability to secure buy-in and bind people to proactively support project delivery (tact and diplomacy, influencing skills and overall sensitivity to the implications of change)
• Experience of complex change management programs/business transformation and strategy execution.
