IT Project Manager - IT IV - HR technologies (Workday and ADP)

Need Senior Technical Project Manager with extensive experience in IT projects, particularly in the technical domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR technology, specifically Workday and ADP, and will work closely with HR partners to implement and manage these systems. This role requires someone with 7-10 years of project management experience and proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations.

Excellent communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and reporting.

Team structure- Team members will be assigned based on project needs, but this role does not involve direct people management and they will work with cross-functional teams, including risk officers, data analysts, and solution architects.
