Job Title: Project Manager
Position Type: Full-time/Onsite/PST zone
Location: Mississauga, Ontario, Canada

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct project kickoff meetings, define project scope, facilitate technical/operational requirements; develop project plans; track/manage projects to successful completion; communicate status, issues, and risks to project stakeholders; provide leadership to cross-functional project teams, and maintain project documentation
- Participate in client / stakeholder meetings and presentations to set expectations and to manage responsibilities, requirements, issues, and risks
- Accountable for successful project delivery through active client management, project management oversight, and budget monitoring
- Transform business requirements into viable solutions
- Analyze project requirements to determine if existing web services can be used as-is, with enhancements, or if new web services should be developed
- Leverage internal tools to build detailed project cost estimates and resource level of effort (LOE) estimates to develop Statements of Work (SOW) for project engagements
- Participate in project team meetings during design, development, and testing
- Exercise independent judgement in method, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
- Manage multiple small integration projects simultaneously
- Adhere to standard governance practices utilized throughout the engagement lifecycle
- Interface with multiple technical support teams to ensure expected client outcomes
- Resource management for each integration project, including tracking and reporting actual hours against estimated level of effort
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or 4 additional years of equivalent work experience. Master’s degree preferred
- 2 years of interfacing experience including HL7 or Web Services
- History with leading small technical projects
- Epic certification in Bridges, Cache system manager, Chronicles and/or an Epic module
- Experience in a cache or java development organization
- Experience with Microsoft Office Products as well as Visio and Project
- PMP certification
