Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and administer IT infrastructure, software systems, and networks;
  • Manage and support computer workstations, including laptop repairs;
  • Create and manage Active Directory users, handle GPO creation and administration;
  • Administer NAS servers;
  • Resolve service requests and incidents quickly to ensure smooth IT operations;
  • Offer technical consultation to colleagues on system operations and collaborate with system vendors and integrators;
  • Administer Microsoft 365 and provide user training on employed systems;
  • Initiate, analyze, plan, and implement system changes and participate in IT related projects.

Sounds interesting? Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Experience in administering IT systems;
  • Ability to clearly understand and convey technical information when resolving issues;
  • Ability to diagnose hardware malfunctions and perform repair work;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 environments, as well as knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and GPO;
  • Ability to communicate in English (knowledge of Russian would be an advantage);
  • Interest in Cyber security, new technologies and trends;
  • Analytical thinking, drive to find optimal solutions and continuous improvement of knowledge.


Salary:

  • 1550-2500 €/month gross. The final salary will depend on the candidate's work experience and competencies.
