About the role

The Assistant Business Project Manager is responsible for supporting our core projects in the business management functions.

Key Responsibilities

• To support in monthly financial tracking and performance of projects
• Responsible for monthly business reporting to stakeholders and business partners
• Project liaison to weekly payment prioritisation of all OPEX payments
• Project liaison to ensure smooth execution of day-to-day operation and resolving matters pertaining to ticketing, experience, technical, etc
• Responsible for the preparation of weekly revenue and attendance tracking report for Core Market Leader
• Responsible for the management of complimentary tickets for both internal and external stakeholder
• Ensuring operation is compliant with industry safety standards as well as federal, state and or local statutes related to safety and the environment
• Facilitates/assist with the hosting of CSR events that is to be held in project venue

Good to have

• Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or equivalent with at least 2 years' relevant working experience
• Prior experience in project management, business performance reporting experience preferred
• Driven problem solver, always looking for the most efficient and cost-effective solution
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, set priorities and support company objectives
