Golang Developer

Pay Range: $60 - $65/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and support backend services for TruCare Cloud System handling 278 EDI transactions.
• Work closely with the Product Owner and Tech Lead to refine stories, develop features, and review code.
• Support new cloud implementations and ensure seamless integration with EPIC and Invality.
• Troubleshoot and manually execute jobs when automated processes are down.
• Conduct unit testing and ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, but with minimal meetings to maximize productivity.
• Assist in onboarding new engineers to understand 278s and technical workflows.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills:Golang, API , Kafka, Mongo .
• 5+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer.
• Golang expertise .
• Strong proficiency in MongoDB for backend operations.
• Experience with AWS Cloud Services and cloud-based application development.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka or other messaging platforms.
• Strong understanding of backend systems and API development.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Experience with EDI transactions, particularly 278 claims processing.
• Industry knowledge in healthcare or utilization management.
