As the HR Digital Specialist, you will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of specific HR system modules, ensuring these systems meet the needs of the business. Reporting to the Head of HR Digital, you will focus on a designated HR function (e.g., Recruitment, Talent, Learning & Performance, Compensation & Benefits) and collaborate closely with HR and IT teams to optimize systems and processes.

Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. This role is also eligible to receive discretionary annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Other rewards and benefits include the following:

Your responsibilities:
- Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the time and attendance module within Workday & Kronos, ensuring accurate tracking of employee work hours and attendance.
- Manage system workflows related to time approvals, ensuring managers and employees are aligned on time submission and approval processes.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to ensure seamless operation.
- Provide training and support to HR teams, managers, and employees on the use of time, attendance, and absence management systems.
- Collaborate with IT and HRIS teams to continuously improve the time and attendance and absence modules, identifying opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements.
- Generate and distribute reports on employee attendance, overtime, and other time-related metrics to support workforce planning and compliance.
- Ensure data accuracy within the absence module, handling the setup of leave entitlements, carryovers, and leave requests.
- Collaborate with Payroll and HR teams to ensure timely and accurate timekeeping data is provided for payroll processing.
- University degree or equivalent.
- Experience in HR Information Systems, focusing on time and attendance or absence management (e.g., Workday, Kronos).
- Knowledge of global and local labour regulations for timekeeping and leave management.
- Experience aligning timekeeping data with payroll processes.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills in digital HR channels.
- Experience in data governance, security management, and system integration.
- Ability to manage high workloads and prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, with strong HR process knowledge.
- High level of verbal and written English language skills – professional business English required.
- The role may require extended hours to support teams located in different global regions.
- Occasional travel may be required to support global system implementation and training efforts.
