Must-Have

Good understanding of Security Attacks, Vulnerabilities & Misconfiguration

Experience in Web Application Penetration Testing, OWASP

Good understanding of API Security Threat Modeling, Controls & their implementation

Experience in Minimum of 5 years of experience in VAPT operations and security assessments.

Strong understanding of security principles, methodologies, and tools.

Proven track record of managing VAPT projects.

Experience with security tools such as tenable Nessus, Metasploit, and Burp Suite.

Good-to-Have

Experience working on Cyber Security Projects.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience of integrating Security Scanning tools in CI/CD.

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

Identify and assess vulnerabilities in systems, applications, and networks. Use automated tools and manual techniques to discover weaknesses.

Strong analytical skills, knowledge of vulnerability scanning tools, and understanding of common vulnerabilities and exposures (CVEs).

Simulate cyberattacks to exploit identified vulnerabilities and use ethical hacking techniques to assess the security posture of the organization.

Proficiency in hacking tools and techniques, programming skills, and a thorough understanding of networking protocols and systems.
