Role Overview:
As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in driving the development and optimisation of AI-powered solutions within their contract automation platform. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including engineers, data scientists, and legal experts to deliver innovative features and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the product lifecycle for AI-driven contract automation features, from ideation through to launch.
- Define and prioritise AI product roadmap based on market needs, business goals and technical capabilities.
- Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to develop and fine-tune machine learning models, NLP algorithms and other AI technologies.
- Analyse user feedback, track product performance and continuously iterate to improve user experience and product outcomes.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand legal pain points and translate those insights into actionable AI product features.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. A law degree is an advantage, but not essential.
- 3+ years experience working in a legal setting, preferably a law firm or a legal tech company.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, particularly in natural language processing (NLP) or contract analysis.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements and user-friendly solutions.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams with engineers, data scientists and legal professionals.
Please note this is a hybrid role and will require being in the office 1-2 days per week in London.
