We are looking for a Tech Support Specialist to join our Digital & Tech Infrastructure team in Zurich.
This exciting role will give you the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge tech and end-user computing services, providing essential support for high-level staff in a dynamic, luxury-focused environment.
Location: Zurich, Switzerland (Townhouse Office)
Reporting to: Lead Tech Support
Your Mission: As a Tech Support Specialist, you will provide top-tier end-user support, ensuring smooth tech operations across various platforms and applications. You’ll work both on-site in Zurich and remotely, collaborating with a team of support specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for computers, applications, and platforms.
- Assist end-users via tickets, emails, Teams, phone calls, or in-person.
- Install and configure devices such as laptops, desktops, iPads, iPhones, and more.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and access issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams and escalate unresolved incidents as needed.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and provide consistent customer experiences.
Your Profile:
- 3-5 years of experience in a tech support or help desk role.
- Expertise in Windows 10, 11, iOS, Apple Business Manager, and MDM tools.
- Experience with Lenovo laptops, printers, and other tech products.
- Strong communication skills in English, German, and French.
- IT Technician certification or relevant CFC qualification in IT.
- Industry certifications (Microsoft, Apple, etc.) are a plus.
Your Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Customer-oriented, composed, and professional demeanor.
- Familiarity with Atlassian products (Jira Service Management, Confluence).
