We are looking for a Tech Support Specialist to join our Digital & Tech Infrastructure team in Zurich.

This exciting role will give you the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge tech and end-user computing services, providing essential support for high-level staff in a dynamic, luxury-focused environment.


Location: Zurich, Switzerland (Townhouse Office)

Reporting to: Lead Tech Support


Your Mission: As a Tech Support Specialist, you will provide top-tier end-user support, ensuring smooth tech operations across various platforms and applications. You’ll work both on-site in Zurich and remotely, collaborating with a team of support specialists.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for computers, applications, and platforms.
  • Assist end-users via tickets, emails, Teams, phone calls, or in-person.
  • Install and configure devices such as laptops, desktops, iPads, iPhones, and more.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and access issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and escalate unresolved incidents as needed.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery and provide consistent customer experiences.


Your Profile:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a tech support or help desk role.
  • Expertise in Windows 10, 11, iOS, Apple Business Manager, and MDM tools.
  • Experience with Lenovo laptops, printers, and other tech products.
  • Strong communication skills in English, German, and French.
  • IT Technician certification or relevant CFC qualification in IT.
  • Industry certifications (Microsoft, Apple, etc.) are a plus.


Your Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Customer-oriented, composed, and professional demeanor.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian products (Jira Service Management, Confluence).
