Key Responsibilities:

• Understand the organisation’s strategy and evolving needs. Capture business requirements and the underlying data and reporting needs.
• Translate discussions with subject-matter experts and stakeholders into actionable data and reporting products and insights.
• Turn key data insights into value-adding products for stakeholders.
• Present complex data in a clear, digestible format that suits stakeholders with varying levels of data literacy.
• Design and build reports, dashboards, and data products that support business processes and provide valuable insights.
• Promote best practices across the Analytics Chapter to ensure consistent methodologies and approaches.
• Mentor and support junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
