What you will do

• Conduct accessibility audits and report violations;
• Use automated tools to detect common issues and perform manual testing for deeper insights;
• Test keyboard navigation, screen reader compatibility, and dynamic content updates;
• Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure accessibility from the design phase;
• Document issues, log them in bug tracking software, and create compliance reports.
  
  

Must haves

• 3+ years of experience in manual QA/testing with a focus on accessibility;
• Strong knowledge of WCAG, ARIA, and Section 508 standards;
• Hands-on experience with automated tools (Axe, Lighthouse, WAVE, Pa11y);
• Proficiency in manual testing using NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, ChromeVox;
• Familiarity with mobile accessibility testing (iOS/Android);
• Experience with bug tracking tools (JIRA, Asana);
• Upper-Intermediate English Level.

• IAAP certifications (CPACC, WAS) are a plus;
