Project Manager - ServiceNow

Job Title: ServiceNow Project Manager

Start Date: Immediately

Location: Luxembourg/Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote

Duration: 6 months initially - very likely to extend

About the role:

The primary responsibility of the ServiceNow Project Manager is to oversee the entire development and configuration of ServiceNow solutions, from design through to implementation. This includes establishing and managing the implementation schedule, monitoring deliverables, and overseeing the budget.

Responsibilities:

• Project Schedule Management: Develop and regularly update the schedule, milestones, and project deliverables in collaboration with business analysts, developers, and testers.
• Risk Management: Identify and monitor project risks.
• Time Tracking: Track and manage the time spent by team members on projects.
• Reporting: Generate necessary reports, including planning, budget consumption, and risk assessments.
• User Story and Bug Review: Review user stories and bugs in Azure DevOps.
• Meeting Leadership: Organise and lead project launch meetings and committees.
• Retrospective Meetings: Prepare and facilitate retrospective meetings.
• Opportunity File Creation: Participate in the creation and validation of opportunity files for new projects.

Required/Desired Skills:

• Project Management: Proficient in project management fundamentals.
• ServiceNow: Experience with the ITSM tool "ServiceNow".
• Microsoft Project: Experience with Microsoft Project is desired.
• Azure DevOps: Familiarity with the “Azure DevOps” environment is desired.
• ITIL Framework: Knowledge of the ITIL framework, including processes and KPIs.
