As a Full Stack Developer on our Energy Management Team, you will help build and optimize the cloud software that manages the hardware responsible for load and energy management across multiple DC chargers, driving our vision for cost-effective and scalable EV charging infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team to design, develop, and maintain backend systems that intelligently control and optimize multiple DC chargers.
  • Implement high-quality, scalable features that reduce the total cost of ownership for EV charging infrastructure.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
  • Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices to ensure our solutions remain at the cutting edge of the industry.

Your Background And Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Informatics, Computer Science, Industrial Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a full stack developer, with solid expertise in backend architecture and services.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Backend: Strong proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript, with the ability to design scalable and maintainable architectures.
    • Frontend: Knowledge of React (or willingness to learn) is a plus.
    • Testing: Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest) and test-driven development (TDD); familiarity with contract testing (e.g., Pact) is a bonus.
    • Familiarity with other technologies (e.g., C#, Go, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, InfluxDB, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Kubernetes, Azure, networking, Docker, Linux) is an advantage.
  • Language: Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Dutch is a plus
