We are looking for a skilled PHP Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage cutting-edge technologies (including AI), and take ownership of projects to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable, testable, and maintainable backend applications using modern PHP.
- Utilize frameworks such as Symfony, Zend, or Laravel to build robust solutions.
- Implement best practices in software design, testing, and development to ensure high code quality.
- Leverage AI and advanced technologies to automate workflows and minimize manual processes.
- Optimize system performance and reliability by identifying inefficiencies and implementing tailored solutions.
- Work closely with operations, product management, and other development teams to deliver impactful solutions.
- Take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely execution and optimal performance.
- Strong experience in backend development using PHP (modern versions).
- Proficiency in PHP frameworks such as Symfony, Zend, or Laravel.
- Solid understanding of software design principles, testing methodologies, and scalable application development.
- Experience with cloud-based solutions (e.g., AWS) and microservices/distributed systems architecture.
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to delivering solutions.
- Experience in the Finance / FinTech / Banking domain.
- Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Message-Driven Systems, and Event Sourcing.
- Hands-on experience with Kotlin for backend development.
- Exposure to frontend technologies such as ReactJS.
- Experience working in a Kanban development environment.
- Interest in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
