Embedded Software Engineer

B.E.S. (Business & Engineering Solutions) is growing and thus welcoming a new Embedded Software Engineer in our business unit critical environment. You will be in charge of the integration of the software in complex embedded environments.

As an Embedded Software Engineer at B.E.S., you will enjoy a collaborative environment where you will work closely with others in an organization that encourages and values collaboration, mentoring, and continuous learning.

Your responsabilities:

• You document or/and create requirements, software design, test software and test procedures/results,
• You will take part in the analysis, evaluation, design and validation of new software components,
• You create elegant/efficient real time software components and interfaces,
• You develop the data analysis pipeline and proceed the data analysis,
• You work with hardware and software tools at a bench and HIL level to guarantee software operation,
• You are active in software development of the unified hardware/software verification platform,
• You collaborate with other functional groups (Software Engineering, Hardware Design, Mechanical Engineering) to plan, develop, and implement diagnostic tools,
• You plan and develop instrument and system automation tools and scripts,
• You perform integration, system, and acceptance testing of test software and hardware test beds.

Your profile:

• You have a Master degree in computer science/electronics engineering,
• You have a first strong experience in system software integration,
• Your previous experience within a critical environment is an asset (railway, automotive, defence, space industry),
• You program proficiently in Python, C, C++,
• You have experience in Linux OS, experience in MATLAB and LabVIEW is an asset.
