Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Network Administrator to manage and optimize our network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and efficiency.

  • You will work with switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers, and IPS solutions, troubleshooting and implementing best practices for network performance.
  • This role requires expertise in TCP/IP, dynamic routing protocols (BGP-4, OSPF, EIGRP), and network security, with autonomy in handling technical challenges, project coordination, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot switches, routers, firewalls, IPS, and load balancers.
  • Ensure optimal network performance, security, and scalability across the infrastructure.
  • Implement and manage BGP-4 and other dynamic routing protocols.
  • Monitor network traffic, diagnose connectivity issues, and resolve security vulnerabilities.
  • Independently manage network-related project tasks, Proof of Concepts (PoC), and technical escalations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless network operations.
  • Contribute to the design, implementation, and improvement of network architecture.
  • Create and maintain technical documents, project reports, and best practice guidelines.
  • Update and manage Knowledge Base (KB) documentation for efficient troubleshooting and support.
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL standards for network service management.

Technical Expertise

  • 5+ years of experience in network administration with hands-on expertise in:
  • Switches, routers, firewalls, IPS, and load balancers.
  • TCP/IP protocol family and BGP-4, OSPF, EIGRP dynamic routing protocols.
  • Network troubleshooting, security, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with major networking technologies, including:
  • Cisco, Dell, F5, Fortinet, Mellanox.
  • Knowledge of Storage Area Networks (SAN) and Software-Defined Networking (SDN)

Soft Skills & Competencies

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating with teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent technical documentation and reporting skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken English.
