About Our Client

Our client is based near Ieper (Ypres). Their IT Team has been growing over the last few years and, following the company's growth, they are looking to expand the team with a new IT Network Administrator.

Job Description

Joining our client as Network Administrator, you will be in charge of maintaining and keeping up to date their network infrastructure. In order to do so, you will :

• Work with the rest of the Infra team to ensure that the network infrastructure is efficient and up-to-date.
• Monitor network performance and security.
• Ensure evolution of network infrastructure and upgrade it, if necessary.
• Document network changes & procedures.
• Install and configure network hardware and software.
• Handle network issues and provide technical support.
  
  
  

The Successful Applicant

For this position, we are looking for a candidate who :

• Holds at least a bachelor's degree, in IT preferably.
• Has around 5 years of experience.
• Has a good knowledge of network protocols, standards and technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Is fluent in Dutch and English. French is a plus.
• Has a problem solver & analytical mindset.
• Can prioritize emergencies.
