About The Role

What You’ll Do
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to design user-centered interfaces for digital products.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with user needs and business goals.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of your designs.
- Contribute to our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.
- Proven experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
- Proficiency in design tools, especially Figma, but we value your ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools as needed.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Ability to balance technical constraints with user needs and business objectives.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in designing for data analytics or process industry solutions is a bonus.
