Project Coordinator

Are you an organized and proactive professional with a passion for coordinating innovative projects in a dynamic environment? Join CSC as a Project Coordinator and play a vital role in driving impactful initiatives forward. In this position, you will be part of the International Collaborations & Partnerships Unit and will support the day-to-day administration and coordination of activities within assigned European and global projects, ensuring smooth operations, effective collaboration, and successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily project activities, ensuring seamless operations and collaboration across teams.
• Facilitate effective communication and information exchange, both internally and externally, while managing project-specific tools and collaboration platforms.
• Foster stakeholder relationships to build trust, align goals, and enhance engagement in project activities.
• Oversee compliance with quality standards by monitoring relevant processes and implementing necessary control measures.
• Provide logistical and administrative support for team members, ensuring smooth participation in project-related engagements.
• Assist with financial and technical reporting, including the preparation and submission of deliverables and contributions to project reviews.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in coordinating international projects and initiatives; experience with EU-funded projects is a plus but not mandatory.
• A solid understanding of data and advanced computing environments, including related services and infrastructure, or a strong interest in learning about them.
• Familiarity with the European digital infrastructure landscape and key stakeholders is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
