Descriptif du poste

As a Fullstack Developer at Beev, you will be tasked with Designing, Developing & maintaining our new solutions. Report directly to your team lead, and you will build our new features and help maintain existing ones.

As a small team, we expect you to be very involved and proactive in the design & implementation of the developed features.

This role is ideal for someone pragmatic with a delivery-oriented mindset and hands-on expertise, and looking for a new technical project to hone their skills and learn about the challenges facing the development of a digital product in a startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Design: Working closely with your team lead, you will be tasked with helping design the technical bricks from the functional specs and sizing them.
• Knowledge Sharing: You must Encourage and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team by participating fully in our rituals & writing detailed documentation about all the processes that you deploy.
• Problem Solving: You will be faced with many issues and hurdles that you need to tackle in a smart way.
• Coding & Development: As a Developer, you will be mainly producing code for production ready features. Quality vs Time spent coding will be your main challenge.
• Enjoy: Enjoy your time coding and setting up all of the above!
  
  

Profil recherché

We're looking for someone who can fiddle with data systems and find key insights.

• Diploma: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Engineering.
• Technical Knowhow: High Interest in web development on both Front-End & Back-End sides using JS frameworks like Nest & React.
• Proactive Problem-Solver: Identify high level issues & work with your team to solve them.
• Communication skills: We are a small team and need to be able to communicate very clearly our ideas and challenges both in written and oral formats.
• Curious : We are looking for someone who is not satisfied with what they already know and is always looking for new ideas and has a knack to drive change.
