Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and proactive Product Designer to join our team in Lyon. The Product Designer will play a crucial role in defining how users interact with Inpart products, ensuring we deliver intuitive, consistent, and delightful user experiences. The Product Designer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and customer success, to bring our product vision to life and help achieve our strategic goals for 2025 and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a cohesive and elegant design experience across all Inpart products, adhere to company design guidelines and contribute to their evolution.
• Develop and utilize KPIs to track design success and leverage data insights to inform decision-making.
• Think about interfaces as dynamic experiences, expressed through interactions, flows, and stories.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, Research and Customer Success to align design with business goals and user needs, and while respecting technical constraints.
• Design interfaces for dashboards and applications that handle large amounts of data and complex user scenarios while building agnostic and flexible solutions.
• Deep dive into customer business processes to identify pain points and opportunities, designing solutions that deliver tangible business value and align closely with our customers’ operational goals.
• Pay close attention to edge cases, hierarchy, and accessibility in your designs.
• Actively engage in agile workflows, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives, ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment across teams.
• Communicate effectively project updates, proactively address risks, and consistently seek feedback to align with stakeholder goals and expectations.
• Champion design excellence by sharing insights and best practices, fostering growth and alignment within the team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Product Design.
• Design great solutions by leveraging a broad design toolkit from user personas and story maps to wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.
• Proven ability to conceptualize, prioritize, and solve problems creatively.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Collaborative mindset with experience working with developers and cross-functional teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; French proficiency is a plus.
• Empathy for users and a user-focused approach to design.
• Experience working with and contributing to a design system

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with the biopharma industry or enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Experience with KPI development and tracking for design success.
• Proactive mindset and experience leading design-led projects from ideation to launch.
