Junior Full-stack(Node/React) Developer

You will find the dynamics of e-commerce, agile processes, flat hierarchies and steep development curves.

The team thrives on collaboration, innovation, and maintaining a stable, high-availability system while working with a modern tech stack: Docker, K8s, Node.js in micro-services, Next.js and React in micro-frontends, MongoDB, and more.

Requirements:

• You bring hands-on experience in web development, gained through internships, entry-level roles, or academic projects
• You have experience with JavaScript and modern frameworks like React (experience with Angular or Vue is also welcome) and are excited to work with Node.js as our backend technology, regardless of whether your background is in Node.js, C#, PHP, or Java
• You’re eager to learn, curious about new technologies, and thrive in a collaborative office environment where direct communication and teamwork are key
• You have a passion for clean, testable, and maintainable code
• Fluent English skills; German is an advantage but not required

Responsibilities:

• Create and improve features end-to-end: DevOps, CI/CD, database schemas and queries, Backend & Frontend (JS/TS, CSS)
• Work on a variety of tasks, both exciting and routine, sometimes with deadlines
• Learn from Code Reviews and grow into providing feedback
• Support Product Management in designing and testing complex features
• Take part in agile and technical meetings, no more than 10-15% of your time
