The Role

As a Mid-Level Data Scientist, you will play a key role in analyzing complex data sets, developing predictive models, and optimizing machine learning algorithms to enhance their software products. You will collaborate with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to turn data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement machine learning models to improve AI-driven solutions.
• Analyze large data sets to extract meaningful trends and insights.
• Work closely with software developers to integrate data science solutions into products.
• Optimize existing algorithms and data pipelines for performance and scalability.
• Communicate findings to stakeholders and contribute to data-driven decision-making.

Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) or R.
• Experience with SQL and working with large datasets.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus).
