Technical Project Manager - Performance Management System

We are supporting our client, a global Technology vendor, to hire an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of a Performance Management System.
This role will involve collaborating with Project Managers and Developers to define system requirements, organize development efforts, and ensure a successful rollout.
Once launched, you will be responsible for understanding the system's functions and delivering user training to customer staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end development of a new Performance Management System, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Work closely with Project Managers and Developers to define system requirements, development workflows, and project timelines.
- Translate technical requirements into clear, actionable project plans to ensure efficient execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and progress tracking.
- Oversee testing, deployment, and system optimization to ensure a smooth launch.
- Once live, gain a deep understanding of the system's functionalities and provide user training and support to customer staff.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and end users, ensuring the system meets operational requirements.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience in technical project management, preferably in software development or IT system implementation.
- Experience working with Developers and PMs to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Strong ability to manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables in an agile environment.
- Prior experience in user training and system adoption strategies.
- Strong analytical skills to understand system functions and effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between development teams and end users.
Contract Details & Benefits:
- Competitive Salary : €7,500 - €8,500 per month
- Duration : 6-Month Fixed Term Contract (potential to be extended to 12 months)
- Location : Frankfurt Head Office located in the North West of the City
