Investment Operations Analyst

We have partnered with a Global investment Manager who are seeking a talented Investment Operations analyst to join their IBOR Operations team in Dublin. This team plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of investment data used by portfolio managers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain Investment Book Of Records to support effective investment decisions
• Work closely with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve data issues
• Execute key processes and controls within the IBOR system
• Contribute to ongoing improvements and system enhancements
• Support the ongoing development of the IBOR model through procedure and process updates as well as system testing.
• Act as a point of contact for IBOR data

Key Requirements:

• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Experience in financial services, including fund accounting, asset services, or middle office operations
• Knowledge of asset classes such as equities, fixed income, and derivatives
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
