What You’ll Do

• Design with Impact:
• Tackle real problems by understanding users, crafting solutions, and measuring outcomes.
• Conduct Research to Inform Product Strategy:
• Lead user research initiatives to gather insights that inform product decisions and strategy.
• Design Website and Product Experiences:
• Create user-centered website and in-product designs that ensure seamless experiences from marketing to onboarding.
• Create Cohesive User Journeys:
• Design end-to-end user flows across different touchpoints to drive user adoption, retention, and engagement.
• Experiment and Optimize:
• Design A/B tests, analyze results, and leverage data to refine designs and maximize product impact.

• Strategic UX Design:
• Ability to align design decisions with both user needs and business objectives.
• Data-Informed Design:
• Expertise in designing, executing, and analyzing experiments for data-driven improvements.
• Visual & Brand Design:
• Helpful for storytelling and consistency.
• Tech-Savvy Adaptability:
• Comfort working with emerging technologies and driving efficient design solutions.
• Rapid Execution:
• Proven experience delivering high-quality designs quickly in fast-paced environments.
• Cross-Platform Design:
• Capability to design cohesive experiences across both marketing (web) and product interfaces.

At least 3 years experience in leading global SaaS required in the following:

• User Research Leadership: Proven ability to lead interviews, surveys, usability tests, and convert insights into actionable decisions.
• PLG Design Expertise: Experience in PLG environments, optimizing user flows, onboarding, and engagement.
• A/B Testing & Experimentation: Leading A/B tests to inform design decisions.
• Web & Brand Design: Experience in digital marketing design and ensuring brand consistency.
• AI-Driven UX: Experience designing AI-driven experiences, including text-to-UI workflows.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Skilled in working across teams, using analytics for growth and iteration.

Tools & Design Technologies expertise:

• Product Discovery: Tools for understanding user needs and behaviors.
• Rapid Prototyping: Tools like V0 (text to code).
• Design Systems: Tools like Storybook.
• Product Analytics & Experimentation: For evaluating designs and iterating.
• Onboarding & In-Product Tools: To enhance TTV and user activation.
• CMS & Website Optimization: Tools for optimizing PLG funnel elements.
• Product Adoption Analytics: Tools like Gainsight for tracking engagement and adoption.
