Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Support Coordinator to deliver and coordinate telephone and written HR support to clients. You will plan meetings and manage consultant diaries within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.The ideal candidate will combine professional HR knowledge with strong drafting skills and efficient diary management. In this role, flexibility, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities will be crucial.

Salary: €32,000-€35,000 DOE

Location: Dublin 3 (Onsite)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients via telephone and email to discuss requirements for formal meetings with consultants, explaining options and responsibilities.
• Review case files and draft accurate, compliant invitation letters for disciplinary hearings, grievances, appeals, investigations, and consultations.
• Manage consultant diaries, ensuring efficient appointment scheduling and flexibility for last-minute changes.
• Collaborate with consultants to effectively manage their time and client expectations.
• Maintain system logs, files, and other administrative tasks.
• Contribute to the team’s goal of driving repeat business.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Degree in HR, law, or a related discipline, or relevant experience in employment law or employee relations.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deliver technical information and commercial advice empathetically.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on providing an outstanding client experience.
• Positive attitude in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment.
