What You'll Bring

• 3-4 years of proven experience in React development;
• Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities;
• Excellent organizational, management, and communication skills to lead projects and collaborate with the IT team;
• The ability to understand customer needs and devise effective solutions to meet them;
• Fintech experience is preferred;
• Adaptability to handle fast-changing projects and prioritize pragmatic solutions over endless refinement;
• high availability and travel flexibility;
• Fast executor, avoiding unnecessary frameworks and bloat;
• Team player who communicates effectively and proactively drives results;
• Adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment with oral specifications and shifting priorities;
• Capable of translating Figma designs into clean, functional code;
• Experience with mobile applications using React Native;
• Startup mindset.
