Project Description: We are embarking on a journey to modernize and professionalize our Dev(Sec)Ops environment. We are seeking a motivated, self-starting DevOps Engineer who will guide us towards this enriched environment. The engineer will play a crucial role in setting up and developing the pipeline, as well as coaxing the team into a fitting working process. To support this transition, the engineer will be assisted by a DevSecOps coach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Utilize GitLab for version control and collaboration.
• Manage and configure LINUX environments.
• Implement and manage Docker containers.
• Collaborate with the Scrum team to restructure central applications used for personalizing identity documents.
• Guide and mentor the team to adopt best practices in Dev(Sec)Ops.
• Work closely with the DevSecOps coach to ensure a smooth transition to the new environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitLab, LINUX, and Docker.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience working in a Scrum team is a plus.
• Fluent Dutch
