We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to oversee the development and expansion of a state-of-the-art data centre in Eemshaven, Netherlands. 🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of data centre construction and expansion projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage multiple projects on a campus(es) and maintain updated budgets, schedules, and status reports for each
• Monitor & create project budget / cost-to-date against overall project budget.
• Establish project schedules and manage teams to on-time completion
• Review and approve monthly pay applications from the contractors
• Review change order requests from contractors and negotiate pricing
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, contractors, and stakeholders, to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
• Manage risks, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project progress, milestones, and potential challenges.
• Oversee procurement processes for materials, equipment, and services.
• Ensure effective communication between all parties involved to maintain transparency and resolve any issues promptly.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction or data centre industry.
• Strong background in managing large, complex infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and quality standards relevant to construction and data centre environments.
• Relevant project management qualifications are highly desirable.
• Willingness to be based in Eemshaven or commute regularly.
