Your Role

We are looking for motivated Project Managers to join our teams in Lisbon, Porto or Fundão for a project in the Telecommunications sector.

The Telco Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects within scope, budget, and schedule. They oversee all project phases, from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer requirements.

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets;
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, IT, and operations, to achieve project milestones;
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues to ensure smooth project execution;
• Communicate project progress to stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports;
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
  
  

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree, ideally in Computer, Telecommunications Engineering or in a related field;
• 5+ years of experience in project management;
• Strong understanding of telecommunications systems and technologies;
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment;
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills;
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (PMP, CAPM or related certifications are valued);
• Good level of spoken and written English;
• Proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong focus on delivering results and fostering collaboration.
