Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Location: On-Site, Hybrid or Remote in Switzerland


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement AI models for the platform.
  • Optimise AI models to improve user experience and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Data Acquisition Specialists and Data Engineers to integrate data into AI systems.
  • Liaise with the Machine Learning (ML) team to ensure AI algorithms function cohesively and effectively.
  • Conduct research on the latest AI/ML advancements and apply them to enhance platform functionality.
  • Test and validate AI models to ensure reliability and performance.
  • Work closely with the Product and Development teams to align AI initiatives with business objectives.
  • Document AI models and processes for future reference and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve AI model performance issues.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in AI/ML.


Requirements:

  • A minimum of an MBA or a master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics from a top-tier university such as MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich, or UC Berkeley.
  • At least five years of experience as an AI Specialist or in a similar role within a technology-driven company.
  • Strong background in AI/ML algorithms, data analysis, and model training.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
  • Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Familiarity with data pre-processing and feature engineering techniques.
  • Experience with cloud-based AI services is advantageous.
