• Re-use loop is providing intelligent technology platforms and agile delivery models for pre-retail logistics and product returns, fulfilment and processing, on behalf of many of Europe’s largest retailers.The .NET Developer at Reconomy Group is responsible for contributing to the development and maintenance of high-quality software solutions. They collaborate closely with team leads, architects, and other developers to create scalable and high-performance backend systems using Reconomy Group 'score technologies, such as .NET.

The .NET Developer ensures seamless integration with frontend components and participates actively in the full software development lifecycle. They continuously learn and stay up-to-date with industry trends, while working closely with cross-functional teams to align development efforts withbroader organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality backend systems using Reconomy Group's core technologies, such as .NET, ensuring adherence to best practices and established codingstandards.

• Collaborate with the Lead Backend Engineer, Engineering Manager, Software Architect, frontend developers, QA specialists, and other stakeholders to design and implement backend components that meet business requirements.

• Participate in the full softwaredevelopment lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to development, testing,and deployment.

• Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend components by working closely with frontend developers and other team members.

• Actively contribute to code reviews, providing and receivingconstructive feedback to improve the overall quality of the codebase.

• Identify and troubleshoot backend-related issues, implementing fixes and optimizations as needed.

• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in backend development, continuously learning and improving skills.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align software development efforts with

broader organizational initiatives and support change management processes to ensure the successful adoption of new technologies and methodologies.

Required Skills:

• Demonstrated expertise and understanding of the development process, including specification, documentation, and QA.

• At least 4 years of experience with .NET Core & SQL Server.

• At least 4 years of experience with Restful and web services.

• Understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.

• Knowledge of Azure services.

• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices.

• Experience with Kendo UI is a plus.

• Familiarity with frontend frameworks is a plus
