As our colleague, you will


  • Manage projects in the Replenishment area: scope alignment, project planning, risk/issue management, stakeholder management, within budget and in line with set objectives, applying project management methodologies and processes;
  • Apply project management methodology to the level of company required standards;
  • Ensure the execution of projects in the Replenishment area within established parameters, to meet the established contractual terms and conditions or according to project needs;
  • Write detailed work plans and monitors compliance with their implementation;
  • Provide suggestions and proposals to improve the project schedule and improve budget performance (KPI);
  • Establish measurements and optimizations in the end-to-end flow and follow the achievement of the set targets;
  • Facilitate and ensure project planning (including the necessary preparation for project execution) for ongoing initiatives;
  • Support process alignment within and between flows;
  • Facilitate demonstrations at flow level for ongoing initiatives;
  • Assist in setting project objectives within the team;
  • Be responsible for assessing the overlaps, applicability and scope of the project, ensuring their prioritization and recommending ways forward for its execution and development;
  • Report to management and stakeholders, progress on the flow using established metrics;
  • Perform analysis for the constant measurement of the delivered values together with the teams involved, respecting the objectives and project management methodology;
  • Be accountable for contract alignment in project milestones, delivering optimal solutions by involving relevant resources;
  • Provide relevant expertise to facilitate project flow;
  • Offer support to consultants and contractors, local resources by overseeing the delivery of activities according to the work plan;
  • Collect and monitor project data and information for project management review (business case, risk management, resources/ interdependencies, benefits/purpose) and to ensure effective decision making;
  • Facilitate obtaining resources for initiatives and projects in which you are involved;
  • Facilitate communication with all relevant departments that may impact the scope, budget, risks and resources involved;
  • Are responsible for facilitating a way of working centered on efficient cooperation;
  • Provide transparency and visibility to stakeholders on the status of the budget using the tools and systems in the organization;
  • Identify problems arising at the flow/project level and ensures that risks are effectively limited and mitigated, and maintains permanent contact with the departments where these projects are implemented in order to resolve any unforeseen situations;
  • Ensure effective performance management, collecting indicators that reflect actual project performance and analyzing data where necessary for information on possible problems in project delivery;
  • Inform the line manager of gaps between current and new solutions to keep monitoring under control;
  • Propose alternatives and carries out corrective actions;
  • Be responsible for evaluating solutions and challenging them if they prove not to bring improvement or do not achieve expected results;
  • Monitors the progress of implemented solutions and intervenes in case of bottlenecks;
  • Be responsible for managing project changes and works with the line manager to identify the impact on other projects within the project portfolio;
  • Maintain the systems and tools used, which reflect the status of projects in terms of budget, scope, project duration, ensuring compliance with company procedures and policies;
  • Prepare and send to the management, business owner and project sponsor, including all stakeholders, reports and status of ongoing and post-implementation projects;
  • Participate in the preparation of presentations and analysis requested by management;
  • Focus on continuous quality improvement at Project Manager level;
  • Contribute to the review of existing operations in own area and generates new ideas to help identify continuous improvements.


It’s necessary that you come up with:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Analysis (Oracle, MS Access etc) and Project Management;
