Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team at Amaris Consulting for our offices based in Gothenburg, Sweden. You will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining high-quality software applications. In this position, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize solutions that meet our clients' needs. If you are passionate about technology and eager to contribute to impactful projects, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

🔥 Your Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain frontend applications using TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
• Collaborate with technical teams to understand and fulfill functional requirements.
• Conduct unit testing to ensure high-quality code.
• Implement best practices for accessibility standards and performance optimization.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
• Provide technical support to end-users when necessary.
• Efficiently manage and resolve technical issues or bugs identified in the system.

🎯 Your Profile:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in frontend development.
• Strong expertise in TypeScript, React, Next.js, Playwright, Storybook, and AWS/Azure.
• Experience in server-side rendering, headless CMS, service-oriented architectures, and e-commerce/payment integration is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
