Zo'n 3.5 jaar geleden, in September 2021, werd Netlight Amsterdam opgericht. Sinds onze start hebben we grip en momentum op de Nederlandse IT markt. Netlight is een toonaangevende en bekroonde IT Consultancy die advies en innovatie levert aan het front van de digitale industrie. Omdat wij als Netlight een grote focus hebben op het delen van kennis, kunnen we het potentieel van de meest vooraanstaande digitale bedrijven ontsluiten. Hoe we dit doen? Wat betekent het om een ​IT-consultant te zijn bij Netlight?H

Jij bepaalt hoe je carrière bij Netlight eruit zal zien, dit varieert afhankelijk van met welke klanten je samenwerkt, welke rol je wilt aannemen (op basis van je persoonlijke ervaring, sterke punten en persoonlijke interesse) en hoe je relatie met je mentor/coach/netwerk eruit zal zien.

Als consultant bij Netlight bouw je de producten, systemen en technische oplossingen van vandaag en morgen. Dit betekent dat onze consultants de kans krijgen om bestaande en nieuwe producten en bedrijven te helpen bouwen en opschalen. Ook krijg je de kans om continu verschillende technische tools te leren en onder de knie te krijgen. Bij Netlight dagen we je uit. Onze klanten dagen je uit. Jij daagt onze klanten uit. Kwalificaties

Masterdiploma

Mondelinge en schriftelijke beheersing van het Engels

1-4 jaar werkervaring gerelateerd aan IT

Overige kwalificaties

Masterdiploma in Engineering of Technology

Aantoonbare staat van dienst van eerdere functies (bijv. erkende prestaties en leveringen)

Geavanceerd/tweetalig (B2-C2) in het Nederlands

What does it mean to be an IT Consultant in Software Development at Netlight?

It will vary a lot between Netlighters as we, around the right person, will design a role together with you. You will be starting somewhere familiar. For example in web development? System development? Mobile Development? Data engineering? It is your call how your career at Netlight will look, ranging from which clients you will work with, what role you want to take (based on your personal experience, strengths, your personal interest) and how your relationship with your mentor/coach/EDGE networks/social networks will look like.

As a consultant at Netlight, you will build the products, systems and technical solutions of today and tomorrow. This means that our consultants get the opportunity to help build and scale existing and new products and companies and also continuously learn and master a variety of technical tools. At Netlight, we will challenge you. Our clients will challenge you. You will challenge our clients. You will challenge us. We will grow together and unleash the potential in each other.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master Degree
• Verbal and written fluency in English
• 1-4 years of work experience related to IT

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Engineering or Technology
• Proven Track-record from previous positions (e.g. recognized achievements & deliveries)
• Advanced/Bilingual (B2-C2) in Dutch
