Talent Voyager is looking for a dedicated Scrum Master to join our client's team and help facilitate Agile practices across cross-functional teams. In this role, you will guide your team in the adoption of Scrum methodologies and enhance their effectiveness by providing coaching, mentoring, and support throughout the development process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Act as a servant leader to the Development Team, empowering teams to achieve self-organization and high performance
  • Work closely with Product Owners to ensure that the product backlog is well-groomed and prioritized
  • Remove impediments that hinder the team's progress and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow
  • Track and report team metrics to drive continuous improvement and optimize team performance
  • Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices, promoting a culture of collaboration and accountability
  • Foster communication between the Development Team and other parts of the organization to ensure transparency and alignment
  • Identify opportunities for team training and continuous professional development


Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master with a strong understanding of Agile principles and practices
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
  • Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification preferred
  • Experience with project management tools and software (e.g., Jira, Trello, etc.)
  • Ability to track and analyze metrics to report on team performance and progress
  • A collaborative mindset that fosters team participation and enthusiasm


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a software development environment or exposure to technology projects
  • Familiarity with other Agile methodologies (e.g., Kanban, Lean)
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with software development life cycles
