The role's initial assignment involves leading the implementation of the Data Issue Fix (Finance) program using the AGILE methodology. Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Programme Manager and team Portfolio Management to ensure project alignment with the broader change portfolio and team strategy.

- Proactively manage baselined scope, requirements, benefits, schedule, and budget, demonstrating a strong ability to meet commitments.
- Manage stakeholder and senior management relationships across various markets and GBGFs.

Our client, the prominent investment bank is seeking a seasoned Programme Manager for delivery of the Trusted Source Project within the IRR Programme.
Responsibilities:
- Owning delivery execution of the Trusted Source Project as part of the overall IRR Programme plan
- Accountable for programme delivery strategy and approach across multiple capabilities/projects or component activities, building stakeholder buy-in around plans, commitments, and changes
- Accountable for programme reporting, governance, and benefits realization/OKR management to all relevant stakeholders/committees in line with the Bank's Change Framework
- Leading Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and PMOs on a high-profile global delivery to ensure commitments are met across budget, benefits, schedule, and scope
- Proactively partnering with Product and SMEs in the annual planning and forecasting process
- Accountable for the intake of new work and evaluating new change requirements, facilitating integrated triage to identify requirements, scope, and budget
- Driving stakeholder discussions related to delivery strategy, scope, capabilities, and budget
- Owning and managing resource plans with Project Managers/Scrum Masters, producing/overseeing indicative pricing and detailed budgets that align with deliverables and actual work effort
- Serving as an escalation point to manage risks, issues, and dependencies; providing solutions-oriented consultation to integrated team leads, proactively controlling scope and change control processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to identify and implement solutions
- Managing negotiations and overseeing the monitoring of TP contracts, including management and service agreements
- Using approved change management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) to establish delivery dashboards and reports ensuring financial health, live deliverables, and performance against KPIs/OKRs
- Partnering with other global Programme Managers and Programme Office to implement the approved team vision for delivery management and contribute to the future evolution of the discipline
- Establishing effective controls, procedures, and quality assurance processes to ensure consistency of outputs across all deliverables, in line with the Change Framework and the Bank's Risk and Controls framework
Requirements:
- Exceptional understanding of Data, particularly regulatory reporting and delivery
- Excellent knowledge of financial institutions/financial services
- Extensive programme management and delivery lead experience, with a focus on managing large and complex global deliveries in change environments (minimum 10 years of experience as a Programme Manager)
- Ability to develop capability within change teams through coaching and training delivery
- Ability to lead and motivate high-performing global teams in multiple locations
- Strong stakeholder management experience, from Exco/Managing Director level to analysts, with a focus on impactful communication
- Exceptional strategic thinking, with the ability to manage complexity and balance significant change and multiple key priorities
- Proven track record of delivering on-time, on-budget programmes that achieve business case outcomes, with a strong attention to detail and a solutions-oriented approach
- Experience applying Agile methodology in programme and product development
- Impeccable written, verbal, and presentation skills; experience working within a global matrix organization model
- Agile certification(s), such as SAFe, are an advantage
- Proficient in spoken and written English
