Project

We are looking for a Senior Network Support Specialist in Warsaw to enhance operational network support. This is a great opportunity to work in a team of over a dozen employees and external consultants, driving improvements in network support.

In this role, you will closely collaborate with the Network Engineering team (responsible for governance, security, architecture, and design), which oversees infrastructure projects and future developments, as well as with an external company managing most daily support operations remotely. Your focus will be on reducing the number and duration of major incidents, optimizing resources (workforce, servers, licenses, etc.), and improving support for other teams involved in IT operations and development.

The team operates in a hybrid mode, requiring at least two days per week in the office.

Expected competences and knowledge

• Experience in enterprise network management
• Strong expertise in managing large-scale deployments of load balancers, Wi-Fi access points, Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC), SD-WAN, Cisco DNA Center/Catalyst Center, and Cisco ISE
• Experience with wireless analysis tools such as Spectrum Analyzer, Protocol Analyzer, and Wireshark
• Skilled in planning and managing IT operations
• Certifications such as CCIE Wireless, CCNP Wireless, or 300-415 ENSDWI are highly desirable
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written, minimum B2 level)
• Experience working in a financial institution
• Results-oriented, proactive in automation and optimization
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality

Responsibilities you'll have

• Diagnose and troubleshoot network issues
• Respond to incidents and restore services quickly
• Provide technical consultation to other units
• Define, create, and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures
• Ensure compliance with Engineering and Cybersecurity policies, including patching, upgrading, hardening, and monitoring
