Package: AED 130k - AED 150k + bonus + stock options

Role Overview

As CEO, you will drive the company's vision, strategy, and execution. You will lead fundraising efforts, refine the product-market fit, and scale the business. This role requires a unique blend of deep technical and AI expertise, product acumen, and startup leadership experience. You will work closely with the executive team, board members, and investors to ensure the company’s success.

Key Responsibilities

Vision & Strategy: Define and execute the company’s long-term vision and strategic roadmap in AI-driven sustainability and energy efficiency.

Technology & Product Leadership: Work closely with the CTO and product teams to ensure the development of innovative, scalable, and market-leading AI solutions.

Fundraising & Investor Relations: Lead Series A, B, and future funding rounds, building strong relationships with VCs, angel investors, and strategic partners.

Business Growth & Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and revenue streams.

Operational Execution: Build and lead a high-performing team, ensuring operational excellence across all business functions.

Customer & Market Engagement: Act as the face of the company, engaging with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders to drive adoption.

Financial & Performance Management: Own the company’s P&L, ensuring financial health, budgeting, and sustainable scaling.

Must-Have Requirements:

Proven track record as a CEO, Co-Founder, or senior executive in a high-growth tech startup (preferably AI, sustainability, energy, or IoT).

Strong technical background (preferably in AI/ML, data science, IoT, or software engineering).

Experience leading Series fundraising (Pre-series/A/B/C) and working with VCs and investors.

Deep understanding of AI-driven products, SaaS platforms, and data-driven decision making, preferably in sustainability or energy management.

Ability to scale a startup, establish go-to-market strategies, and drive revenue growth.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Passion for sustainability, energy efficiency, and making a positive environmental impact.
