Project Manager

We are seeking a technically proficient and experienced Project Manager to lead the Incentive Transformation initiative. This role focuses on managing the end-to-end implementation and upgrade of Varicent software and other Business Intelligence (BI) projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, proven experience in delivering data and analytics projects, and the ability to manage cross-functional work streams effectively.

Experience -

• Lead the delivery of complex BI projects from planning through execution, adhering to timelines, budgets, and scope.
• Utilize Agile or hybrid methodologies to manage and deliver projects efficiently.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, risk assessments, and status reports.
• Manage major system upgrades, ensuring seamless transitions with minimal business disruption.
• Drive the implementation and transformation of incentive management systems using Varicent software.
• Provide hands-on guidance for Varicent configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to integrate Varicent with other systems and ensure data accuracy.
• Drive the development and optimization of BI tools and dashboards to support incentive analytics.
• 5+ years of experience managing BI or data analytics projects.
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level implementations, with Varicent experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and analytics tools
• Advanced knowledge of incentive compensation platforms (e.g., Varicent, Anaplan, or similar).
• Expertise in BI tools and technologies such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet.
