Location: Singapore
Contract Duration: 6 months (with potential for 6-month extension)

About the Role:
We are looking for a Data Operations Coordinator to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accuracy and quality of CRM data** used by our sales and operations teams. You’ll work closely with sales partners, tackle data inconsistencies, manage enrichment efforts, and oversee projects to streamline operations within our fast-paced advertising ecosystem.

What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with the sales team and operational partners to perform CRM data enrichment tasks, ensuring data reliability and consistency.
- Analyze and correct data errors, adjusting thousands of rows of data efficiently.
- Manage projects to improve CRM data quality, including defining scope, managing timelines, tradeoffs, and stakeholder communication.
- Maintain customer account hierarchies within the CRM to support advertising sales operations.
- Support automation efforts for manual data-cleansing workflows.
- Handle account assignments and operational requests from the sales team, acting as a neutral decision-maker when disputes arise.
- Engage confidently with stakeholders across teams to ensure smooth execution of operational tasks.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Strong spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets or Excel), with the ability to manage and manipulate large datasets efficiently.
- Empathy for sales teams, with the ability to view sales as your “customer.”
- Experience in the tech, media, or digital advertising industry, with a solid understanding of the APAC advertising market—especially China and India.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and experience collaborating with technical teams to drive automation projects under tight deadlines.
- Expertise with Salesforce CRM, with a focus on data quality and operations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to confidently engage with stakeholders across departments.
- Experience working with platforms like Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, or similar is highly desirable.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in an operational role within a business context.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Expertise in Salesforce CRM, including Einstein Analytics (Tableau CRM) and Sales Cloud.
- Familiarity with third-party data enrichment tools like Data Loader, LeanData, and ZoomInfo.
- Understanding of programmatic advertising models and key industry players.
- Experience supporting the data needs of a large sales team (500-1000 employees).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to execute daily tasks with consistency and rigor.
- A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of initiating and completing projects independently
